EasyShip delivers the shipment label to the merchant via email. The email address is provided in the EasyShip API. The label is delivered as a PDF with a size of 4" x 6" and can be printed on home/office printers or a dedicated thermal label printer. Email delivery of the label provides the merchant a shipping record and additional capabilities:
- Label cancellation and refunds via an embedded link specific to the purchased shipping label
- Audit trail of shipment
- Tracking ID
- Receipt of purchase
